I stumbled upon In this store while camping near Cooperstown. The store is beautiful, however, the two women I met were even more beautiful. Stephanie, the store sales women, welcomed me in. I almost didn't go in. I had dirty nails and was not dressed well. From across the room I spotted the most amazing ring. She showed it to me and insisted I try it on. Then Jessica, the owner and designer came in. We talked and laughed and they showed me sparkley, gorgeous jewels. You need to visit this store. The jewelry designs are elegant and stunning. Thank you, Jessica and Stephanie. You made my day.

The customer service at this business is absolutely amazing. Worked with Mack and Jess on our piece of jewelry. Always kept us up to date with their work via text which is super convenient. Blown away with their work ethic and how very personable they are. Would recommend them infinity times over! I can keep going with how happy i left this place but everyone just needs to come here and see it for themselves! Please check them out!

On the two year anniversary of the engagement to my wife I realized that I have not written a review of how talented and amazing Jess is, so here it is. The picture within the picture is the “idea” I sent Jess, and that beauty next to it is her creation. The center piece to that ring is my Wife’s late Grandmother’s wedding ring that she refurbished and resized. She then designed the surrounding engagement ring from a mold (second picture) and added hand cut turquoise (which was a feat in itself) to be surrounded by that gorgeous bling (26 brilliant cut diamonds to be exact) and created this one of a kind stacker engagement ring. It is truly 100% one of a kind and that is the work I guarantee you will get with J. Gorman Fine Jewelry. She puts her heart and soul into her work and does not take shortcuts when it comes to getting her art finished. I will forever call her my jeweler and friend. If there were more stars I would add them to my ratting of Jess. Unrelated is the last photo of my Wife and I at our wedding because well, we looked good. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Jess and her team exceeded all expectations in creating the most gorgeous ring that I cannot keep my eyes off of! Her talent is truly unmatched. Her ability to take ideas and visions of what you think you would love and transform it to a piece that not only covers all of those things and then some is unreal. Her ability to add her own personal touches and make it unique specifically for you is something I am still in awe of. With my husband and I being out of state, she made the whole process seamless. She was very professional and made my husband feel very comfortable and confident with an out of state purchase. My husband and I went to Jess for custom engagement and wedding rings and she did an outstanding job. She was very patient and helpful throughout the design process, to get to the design we were looking for. She and her team went above and beyond on helping coordinate the delivery so my husband could surprise me with the engagement ring and I could suprise him with the wedding rings. The owner and gemologist, Jess, has such a timeless and beautiful aesthetic. My husband and I decided to excitedly move through the custom process for a ring that could become an heirloom in our family. Jess was immediately helpful, thoughtful and considerate of what this piece would mean to us. She was so communicative and supportive. Upon first seeing the completed the ring, it is truly stunning—everything we imagined and hoped for but more. Just incredible and I’m looking forward to wearing it for a lifetime. Jess has artistic vision, creativity, professionalism and genuine care with her pieces. We feel really lucky to have entrusted her in this way. Jess was so sweet and helpful when I came in, knowing nothing about rings or diamonds. She is GIA certified, and went to school in person studying her trade. You can really tell she loves what she does and knows her trade! I can’t thank her enough for her advice. Unfortunately I wasn’t t able to purchase from her since I had a super short time frame. In the future I plan on coming here for ring/jewelry purchases!

I had the best experience working with Jess to design my Fiancé’s engagement ring! She truly cares about making your experience special and gives big quality with a small town smile. The ring came out better than we ever could have hoped for, and Jess kept me updated every step of the way. I can’t recommend her enough, especially for dealing with vintage jewelry!
