Store carried all the Baseballism classics and was well stocked. Customer service was mediocre at best. One was talking and one seemed to not want to be there. Found it weird they don’t trade pins with the kids. At least that’s what the associate told us.
Great shirts. Lots of variety and sizes and much more interesting than all the other touristy stuff along main strip. Love the Ken Griffey Jr swag. Nice fabric too.
Great shop with very cool stuff. But what was even better was amazing customer service! Staff at the Cooperstown location were incredible and went above and beyond to help my boys find what they wanted. One young salesman in particular, sorry I did not catch his name, was absolutely amazing.
