Flawless on Main Cooperstown did my bridal party hair. We had a group of 7 girls and it was seamless. Justine and Kamryn showed up on time, were on schedule, professional, and I would definitely recommend them for wedding hair services! My updo with clip in extensions by Justine was everything I wanted and it held up amazingly all day even with the heat, humidity, and dancing! Justine is also very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Horrible experience! Had a specific request for a few highlights and gave specific instructions on colors previous hairdresser used on my hair and asked for a trim. My hair was bleached all over and continues to fall out in clumps. I can hardly get a hairbrush through it. I am unable to wear my hair down due to the unevenness of the haircut. When I called to get a refund I was told the company does not do refunds and I can come back into the salon and someone can fix my hair (color and cut). I refused due to having no faith or trust in the salon. I went back to my original hairdresser (out of state) and have chunks of hair throughout my head where the hair is 2-3” long and burnt off. I was visiting out of state for a wedding and couldn’t be happier with the results of my hair & eye makeup, done by Emma! She’s such a girls girl and super sweet! I highly recommend this hidden gem in Cooperstown. 😊

I have been going to Flawless for years now, almost everybody there is incredible. However, as much as I would like to include Chelsea as a personable lash and brow expert she is not. Is not understanding and very unprofessional. Would recommend going to another amazing employees there or taking your business elsewhere

I hired this salon to do the hair and makeup for my wedding and they did a great job! They arrived at my venue on time and well prepared, completing make-up and TWELVE different up does, between myself, my bridal party, flower girls, mother and mother-in-law. I was really amazed by what our 4 stylists were able to do in just three hours. In the end, all 12 up does were very well done and the amount of make-up/make-up style was just right.

We love Flawless! I originally became a client at their Herkimer shop and was thrilled when they opened up in Cooperstown because it saved me a 40min drive. They're professional, great to deal with and the shop is very clean. My stylist, Kelsey does an amazing job with my balayage every time and I can be very particular. I recommend them to all my friends!

I had the worst haircut I've ever had here. I asked for simple long layers, with a few extra face framing layers, on my very fine, mid-back length hair, a haircut that I have gotten for more than five years, using the same reference photo when I switched salons, and never with a single issue. I was given a new stylist because the one I used last year had moved on (I only recently moved to the area.) Normally this haircut takes about twenty minutes. It took two hours. My stylist did not understand the cut and kept asking me for advice, and other questions I found inappropriate from a professional, but I tried to have faith. When she was "finished" after more than an hour it was clear that it was a mess, and though I didn't comment on it at that point, she went to go find another stylist for help. The second stylist was better than the first, and attempted to soften the choppy, uneven layers (the back of my head had a literal ledge) by using thinning shears, which on my very fine, very thin, very soft hair is a terrible mistake, as now it is just stringy and frizzy all over the place, plus you can literally SEE THROUGH MY HAIR, because it has been so excessively thinned, and towards the ends, my ponytail is as thin as my pinky. I have never once seen a stylist use thinning shears on my hair. Additionally, in trying to smooth out the bad face-framing pieces the first stylist gave me, the second did not seem to pay attention to how my hair fell, and in cutting the shortest layer (I said nothing higher than my chin, and this starts at my ear!) actually managed to cut it BACKWARDS, such that the shape, when falling naturally, starts at my chin, climbs up in a chunky triangle to my ear, then has a few stringy chunks, and jumps down to my collarbone. I have never seen anything like it. I am not able to put it up anymore (I specifically requested that they make sure it would go up in a clip I had worn there) and am unable to wear it parted in the center because of how uneven it is. I have to flip the longer side over in a side part to cover the short side. Not to mention that now the light shines through it because it has been so thinned out, and it looks terribly stringy at the bottom, as if I am in desperate need of a haircut! I'm just appalled, I've never seen anything this awful. I'm too mortified to take photos, so you will have to take my word for it. Though the stylists said I could always come back to have them fix it again, there is simply no way I will ever be going back to this salon again.
