15 minutes before “waitress” even recognized us, then tried to talk us out of eating there. 45 minutes before we got our food. Place wasn’t even full. Nasty lady - you don’t like your job, then don’t work there. Not sure what’s wrong with some people. Lady is in the damn wrong line of work. How you treating people like that? Would never go back there again…

I had the biscuits and gravy, I am extremely picky when it comes to biscuits and gravy. And it was the best I've had in a super long time. The cooked a great job. And the server was very attentive even though she was so busy. Highly recommend it.

We were in Cooperstown for baseball and decided to stop here for a late breakfast after visiting the farmers market in Saturday. It was full, the lady asked how many and told us to wait outside and she would call us once a table became available. Table available, walked in and waited for the waitress to attend to us because she never called us in, we just walked in and took the open table. She was not welcoming or friendly in any way. I asked what kind of fish was in the sandwich and her reply was “I don’t know, like a square piece you would get at McDonalds”. I was speechless. She was so rude! My Mom then overheard her telling another person that she hates people. Girl, bye!! Go get another job that you like with your rainbow colored hair. Small quaint places like this are a staple to have in your community and people do not deserve to be treated the way you treated us or anyone else. You need to look up the word kindness and use it!

The waitress Jennifer is wonderfully comfortable, warm and welcoming. The place is great! Definitely beats that uppity places down the block! We were literally moaning with delight At my full Breakfast with all the trimmings. Refills on excellent coffee. Menu options include quiche and avocado toast!

This tiny place is THE SPOT! Don't be fooled by their limited seating. If there is a wait, JUST WAIT. Service was great, prices were reasonable and the food was delicious! Portions were perfectly sized and for a girl who doesn't care for breakfast sausage, I nearly licked my plate clean. Must try!

Love the small town diner feel.!! Had to use the bathroom..right in the kitchen...😊I could hear the chef whipping up my 🥞🍳🥞🍳🥞 Biscuits and gravy ..Sink didn't work..So I cleaned my hands with Windex and some paper towels... Ahh...nothing like a streak free clean on the hands!!... The Biscuits and gravy were Damn good and the ☕☕ coffee was freshly made..Some good conversation with the locals ...His wife has 6 goats 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐 and makes cheeses..candles and 🧼🧼🧼 Soaps ..It's called Little Elk Creek Soaps and Cheeses...what a combination!!! I guess after 🍼🍼🍼🍼 milking the goats all day ya need a good soap to cleanse the ole mitts...Sounds like a Win - Win to me!!! Will definitely be returning to get dem 🍪🍪 Biscuits and Gravy again for dang sure!!

Food was good… waitress was surly and rude. One comment when she asked us for drinks and we asked for coffee and that we were ready to order..”you might be ready, but, I’m not”. She then brought coffee and took about 5 minutes to take a simple order of two of the same thing. When asked for more coffee.. she said “it will be a few minutes”. Never brought coffee in the next 15 minutes. She was unpleasant and the exact opposite of customer service. If she hates her work… please do another job. Would not go back based on this. That was on 7/2/26.

I knew before we even got to Cooperstown that we wanted to stop here for food. Looking from the outside you can see how small this place is going to be. There is only one server and one cook on but damn do they make it look easy! It was busy when we got there (only seats 25 people, I believe) and was still busy when we left. The food was amazing! The homemade corned beef hash was PERFECT and the sausage gravy and biscuits was delicious! The waitress was very friendly. An excellent breakfast to start the day. Looking forward to trying those burgers next time we visit there!
