This review is long overdue. We have had such a great experience with DogWatch from the very beginning. Aileen has been incredibly helpful getting us set up and comfortable with our invisible fence system—she really took the time to walk us through everything and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We have one dog who is extremely difficult, and I was honestly very worried that an invisible fence wouldn’t work for him, but it has been absolutely fantastic. The system has exceeded our expectations and given us real peace of mind. More recently, Bob came out to help us with training our new puppy using a training collar, and it has worked wonders. His knowledge, patience, and hands-on approach made a huge difference, and we saw results right away. We are truly so happy we found DogWatch and their team. The service, support, and results have been outstanding, and we will absolutely be long-term customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just had a new leech field installed and my fence wire was damaged. I called the company and they immediately scheduled a service call as well as replaced my receiver that was damaged. Very reasonable repair cost and I am so so pleased with the quality of the responses and customer service. I highly recommend this company!!!

We are very pleased with our new invisible fence for Winnie. The entire process was so much easier than we expected given our location. Aileen promptly returned our call to schedule the appointment and was very accommodating. Bob came out three times to discuss the plan, install the fence, train Winnie and my husband and check on their progress. Winnie has picked it up so well!. The installation was very well done, despite the cold temps and snow. Frigid mornings taking Winnie out are a thing of the past now and Winnie absolutely loves her freedom to dart between the front and back lawns of the house. I came in as a customer and left as a family member. Bob and Aileen's first priority is your pet's safety. They go above and beyond to keep your pets safe. Every pet is different and with over 44 years of experience, they know how to handle every situation. I am forever grateful that my deaf cat Marty is safe on our property and my rescue dog Marley's anxiety is almost nonexistent now that he can run free in the yard.

Once again, I'm super impressed with the DogWatch Team. The equipment, the training, and the repair (a snowplow damaged our install) was exceptional, professional, and over the top. You guys came out in a horrible snow storm, somehow located the break, fixed it within 20 mins, and were back on the road headed back to your place - which was a 3 hour drive - one way! Great sales, great customer support & customer service, and great training me and my dogs! I'm thrilled to report that my dogs are much happier knowing their boundaries and have the freedom to explore and I know they are safe and near by. What a gift to us all!

Can’t say enough good about the Aileen/Jonny team we worked with, both at our camp & home. Our mini wirehair Doxie fell in love w/ these two. They obviously love dogs & want the best for both the owner & their pets. Such a fun experience meeting them. Started using Dog Watch 25 years ago. Happy to do it again. Highly recommend.
