I have used this business for Ten years now. I cannot state how important they are if you are nervous or have anxiety about leaving your pet for one day or an extended period of time. The owners are there 24/7 for the care and comfort of your pet and my Dog was always excited to see them. I’ve always sent special food like chicken and rice instead of his kibble because I’ve always wanted to encourage my dog to eat well because being away from his humans will realistically cause him to eat less which is no fault of Eagle hill. They are accommodating to special feedings/diets and offer playtime for your pet to stretch its legs and play. Highly recommended if you want a worry free experience while your away.

Great kennel run by two great people. I've boarded my two dogs here several times and they are always extremely accommodating and painless to deal with. Friendly, professional and competent. Highly recommended.

I’ve boarded my pets with Hamish and Alison several times over the years and have had only positive experiences. It’s amazing that they live right on site so I always leave knowing that my dogs are safe and never truly alone. My dogs can be a lot to handle but they never make me feel like a burden - they accommodate gladly and their prices are very reasonable. I live a little further away from the Eagle Hill now but will still choose to board with them on my next trip.

If I could leave zero stars I would. When I made the reservation for my dogs there I asked on the phone if I needed a copy of their shot record or if I could show them the proof in the app Marcy Vet uses. I was told I could show the proof in the app. I was also told drop off time was between 8-10am. When I got there at 9am to drop my dogs off the two people working there were super rude. Then the male employee told me I needed the paper copy of their shot record, even though the app clearly stated Marcy Vet. I said I could go home and come back before 10 and he said they were closed until 4pm. We decided at that point we didn't want these liars caring for our precious dogs. We brought them on vacation with us and that turned out to be the best thing for all of us. Never again would I waste my time going there and if you care about your animals at all you shouldn't either. Its been a long time since I've dealt with employees anywhere who were so rude! I boarded my dog here around 10 years ago and he got kennel cough so I wasn't ever going to bring any animals there again. However, we had to travel for an emergency situation to see a family member and this was the only place I could reserve. We ended up bringing the dogs with us and it worked out just fine. My dogs didn't come home sick, smelly or under cared for. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Both of our German shepherd's have been going here for the last two years. Easy to schedule and drop off the dogs everytime. We enjoy talking with the owners at drop-off & Pick-up about our dogs. ✅️Personable, informative & knowledgeable place for our dogs.......

My dogs are very skittish, unsocialize They stayed at eagle hill and were very well cared for for 7 days Ringo and Rascal actually gave kisses to their hands when they left I am very happy with this place to board my babies !! Thank you both You definitely will see them again

We love this place! Our somewhat antisocial and anxious Boston terrier jumps up and down with excitement every time we pull in to their parking lot, so they are clearly taking care of her well. She absolutely loves the owners/caretakers Allison and Hamish. They know each dog so well and even make sure our nervous dog is in the best possible place relative to the other dogs and their temperaments. I always appreciate that they make sure every dog is up to date on vaccinations. We've boarded our dog their many times, and she is always returned happy and healthy. (I honestly think she would stay there if we let her!)

I have boarded my dog here 3 times now and I wouldn't go to any other facility. They are always so welcoming and accommodating. The facility is always clean and well cared for. They keep 2 separate sides for larger and smaller dogs as well. The prices are more than reasonable too! I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else. Thank you so much for always taking great care of my Ava girl!
